The Old Rectory Flat sleeps 4/5 people and has been converted from the servants' quarters of the old house. The flat is north facing with a ground floor entrance lobby leading to an open plan living room - fully equipped kitchen area with electric cooker and fridge, lounge/dining area with colour T.V. The flat was completely refurbished in 2007.
The first floor landing leads to bedroom 1 with double bed and hand basin, and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. A door from bedroom 2 leads via a lobby with airing cupboard to the bathroom with w/c, handbasin, bath and shaver socket. The extra single bed is on the landing.
The flat is carpetted throughout and storage radiator heating is available out of season. Electricity is via a £1 coin operated meter. There are duvets on all beds and bed linen is provided. A cot and high chair may be available if required.
Outside: Ample car parking space and use of most of the garden and grounds.
