The Old Rectory lies on the outskirts of the town of Wells, and is approached by a gravelled drive from the A149 Hunstanton to Cromer road.
The Holiday accommodation we offer consists of two self-contained flats:-
The Old Rectory Flat was reburbished in 2007. It sleeps 4/5 people and has been converted from the servants' quarters of the old house.
The Studio Flat has been converted from the first floor area above the former coach house and tack room and sleeps 2 + 2.
Outside: Ample car parking space.
